Tracey will create a meal plan designed specifically for you ensuring that each meal and snack has some protein, fiber, complex carbohydrates, and a little bit of fat.

Pre / Post Natal Fitness Plans

Tracey takes into account how the physicality of a woman’s body changes during and after Pregnancy to determine the level she can take each woman during her training.

Teenage Fun Fitness

Regular physical activity can help your teen feel more energetic, improve focus and attention, and promote a better outlook.

Sports Massage Therapy

Sports massage involves Tracey manipulating the soft tissues of the body (skin, fascia, muscles, tendons and ligaments) in order to promote recovery following an injury.

From the first moment I met Tracey she put me at ease and helped me reach fitness levels I didn't know I had in me. The... weight loss has been an amazing bonus and I'm now 14lbs down since January 2022 and now we're into March and I'm eager to see what each month brings. Every session is different and challenging!!! Since training with Tracey I have not had any back/shoulder issues and... feeling 100% stronger and more resilient after having my first child. I chose Tracey so that if a second baby came along I could keep training throughout - training with Tracey has helped my postpartum mental health so much with the added bonus of weight loss and being able to stop any further weight gain. Amazing and would highly reccomend to new mums and mum to be. It requires commitment and willingness to push yourself each week but the results are priceless.read more

Tracey is a fantastic trainer and the loyalty of her client base speaks volumes - I have been going to Tracey for 5... years and can honestly say that no 2 sessions have been the same since I started. She keeps it varied, you feel like you have worked muscles you didn't even know you had and you have fun doing it! (once you get your breath back...) Her personality means she is easy to talk to about anything and she can be a real support with both fitness and personal aspects. Highly recommend!!read more

I started training with Tracey thanks to a recommendation from a friend. I knew I needed to improve my fitness but I'd... never stuck with any programme, gym or personal trainer before so I doubted this would be much different. However, 2.5 years later I'm still training once a week and I love it.Tracey is amazing, she's professional, friendly and encouraging. The variety that she puts into her workouts always surprises me. Each week is different and it's impossible to get bored.
